This super easy 5-ingredient Vegan Mango Banana protein smoothie is the perfect way to start your day feeling healthy and energized!
Yields: 2 servings (I like to save some time but making two servings at once and have one for breakfast the next day)
- 1 1/2 cup frozen organic mango
- 1 full organic banana
- 1 hefty cup organic, washed baby kale
- 1 1/2-2 cups coconut milk or nut milk of choice
- 1-2 servings vegan protein powder
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend to the texture of your choice. Add more milk as necessary to create a smoother texture or less if you like to chew your smoothies.
I typically include the chia seeds in the blender but forgot this time, so threw them on top at the end:: easy as that!
What I love about smoothies is that they are customizable based on taste and needs and it’s a simple way to jazz up my daily protein powder drinks.
